Yes, It is possible to build Home Gym Equipment with no money. Did you know that you working out every day without realizing it? The chair is the equipment which you should have in your home gym. Not all the exercises are performed standing up, half of them required you to sit down on the bench. This lets you focus more on the muscle you are training. For example, the chair can be used when performing a seated shoulder press.
